Fabrication

This area includes the full preparation and development of all materials as well as the forming and rolling of plates. All Material is then conveyed in kit form for further assembly and welding.

The welding processes vary per project and are determined through welding procedures and procedure qualification requirements. Such processes include GMAW, TIG, SMAW and SAW. Non destructive testing is performed per clients specifications and requirements. By government approved inspection authorities approved by our clients where full certification and reports are supplied.

The fabrication workshops are serviced by 5 ton and 10 ton overhead cranes together with the required welding machines. Radial arm drilling machine. Plate Rolls, Band Saws and Ancillary equipment generally obtained in a fabrication environment.

Our Machining division adjoins our fabrication facility thus creating a one stop shop on the same premises. This facility has been serving the industry since 1978 and has already acquired a developed customer base.
